Pearlstone Cafe sounds really good with their Spinach and Feta Pie and Steamed Baby Carrots with Cinnamon Honey Butter. Heubeck Dining Hall also has a good selection. I'm particularly curious about the Housed Sliced Turkey and Pepper jack with Honey Dijon Spread Served on Pretzel Roll. What exactly is a pretzel roll? It's too bad there's a pizza dinner for seniors tonight because there's a lot of great food in the dining halls!
