Kosher Dining Hall
The KDH will be open and kosher for Passover but menus will not be available in advance until Wednesday, April 8, 2009.

and now we Digest...

Heubeck Dining Hall looks awesome! I like the Eggplant Fritters and Saute of Cherry Tomatoes as well as the Roasted Chicken with Potato and Peas and Balsamic infused Onions. Pearlstone Cafe does not look too appetizing for dinner. I also did not recommend it for lunch today.
