Here's The Scoop on Lunch...

Stimson Dining Hall

Vegetarian Cuban with Zucchini, Red Peppers, Provolone Pickles & Spicy Mustard

Mainplate (vegetarian)
Manicotti with Tomato Ragu
Italian Breaded Cauliflower

Spanish Meatballs with Almond Gravy

Assorted Flatbread, Deep Dish, Whole Wheat, Regular Pizza

Kosher Dining Hall
The KDH will be open and kosher for Passover but menus will not be available in advance until Wednesday, April 8, 2009.

and now we Digest...

I would stay away from Pearlstone Cafe today because it is raining and that seems to always have a positive correlation with the traffic and craziness . Also, the menu does not look too appealing, though I am somewhat fond of their split pea soup. Stimson Dining Hall has some pretty good soup as well; chicken noodle soup. This rainy weather seems to have put me in a soupy frame of mind!
